Problem of teenage’s confidentiality

In England the guidance for doctors and other health professionals on the provision of advice and treatment to young people under 16 on contraception, sexual health and abortion appoints the duty of care and confidentiality of health professionals to people under 16. But anti-abortion campaigners argue it ignores the parent’s right to know what is the best for their child.
